The Hotel is situated on the seafront overloooking the rocky beaches.  The adjacent promenade takes you to two interesting areas.  In one direction, is a fifteen minute walk to the main shopping centre and round-the-island ferry services.  In the opposite direction is the picturesque Spinola Bay in St. Julians, and Paceville with is exciting night life scene.

Entirely refurbished to 4-Star standards in 1999, the NEW TOWER PALACE is a 120 bed hotel, most with sensational sea-views.  most bedrooms have a balcony and are equipped with air-conditioning and central heating, international direct-dial telephone, satellite TV and radio, mini bar, and with private bath and shower facilities.  There is also the option of a security safe at extra charge

Besides its regular restaurant, patrons can enjoy a relaxed drink or snack in the hotle's own promenade caffe, the "Caffe Adriana".  With the option of sitting outdoors or in, and a view of the sea and the bustling promenade, the caffe offers delicious snacks, mediterranean sweets and drinks in a relaxed and cossetted environment.  .

During the long spring and summer seasons, patrons can use the rooftop pool area.  The area includes a bar and sun terrace again with panoramic views of a wide horizon of blue Mediterranean.
