The Solana Hotel is a newly built hotel located in the rural and scenic northern village of Malta, called Mellieha. It is ideally situated on the main street of the village surrounded by various bars, restaurants, banks and all kinds of shops. Mellieha Bay, the most renowned sandy beach in Malta, is only 2 minutes away by car.

All the Solana Hotel's rooms and suites are beautifully decorated, with own balcony, en-suite luxury bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, radio/alarm/clock and frigo-bar. The suites also have a kitchenette and a sofa-bed for the 3rd and 4th person sharing.

Amenities include a 24 hour reception, lifts to all floors, restaurant, cafeteria, roof-top pool and sun terraces which command stunning views of the village and the valley of Mellieha. An underlying car park is also available for guests.

A new leisure centre has recently been completed and includes an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and a pub style bar. The management of the Solana hotel in Malta, has also announced that a small conference room with a capacity of about 100 persons have recently been opened too.
