Lapsi hotels is a 300 bed hotel development situated on the Sliema / St. Julians seafront promenade at Balluta Bay, a year round location and one of the most prestigious areas int he Maltese islands.  The quaint Bay Square, only 100 metres away, is bordered with cafes and restaurants.

The Lapsi Waterside - an executive hotel within a hotel.  This deluxe seafront tower includes thirty eight executive style sea view rooms and suites enjoying panoramic views of Balluta Bay.  The executive floors are furnished with genuine antiques and are carpeted throughout.  Guests have exclusive use of a separate entrance, reception facilities, and a businesses centre which provides comprehensive information and secretarial services.

The hotel offers a variety of in-house eating alternatives.  L-Etoile is a brassiere style restaurant specialising in gastronomic delights. 
Upstairs at Main Street serves a wide choice of original and intriguing food any time of day.  The menu includes a variety of international favourites and a selection of traditional dishes. 

The roof-top spa offers a refreshing break in a busy day's itinerary - a great spot to relax, soak up the sun and take in the spectacular aerial views.  Conference facilities include a conference room seating up to 120 persons theatre style, pre-function facilities and a number of syndicate rooms.
