The Howard Johnson Mediterranea Hotel  and Suites is located at the top of the hill thus commanding a breathtaking view of both the picturesque fishing harbour as well as historic St. Paul’s island which unfold majestically onto the glittering blue Mediterannean sea. The bay below the complex  provides excellent aquatic sports and bathing facilities. The bustle and energy emanating from lively Bugibba is only a few minutes walk from the Complex. This hotel has been restructured and refurbished in a rustic style which blends beautifully with the vista of the fishing village. Each hotel room, studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartment is fitted with rustic furniture, a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite television, radio, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The studios also provide a dining area and kitchenette, whilst one/two bedroom apartments include a private bathroom, a separate shower room, a living area with armchairs and double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
