The Europa Hotel is situated immediately on the seafront of Sliema. It is located in a prime central location, close to the shopping centres, bars and assorted restaurants of Sliema, and is conveniently found on bus routes to the nearby centres of St. Julian's and the capital city of Valletta. Paceville, Malta's best place for nightlife, is also only ten minutes walk.

This 65 bedroom classic hotel was originally built in 1976 and was totally renovated in 1993.  Its rooms are all with bath or shower, satellite TV, and direct dialling telephone.  There are 18 rooms with balconies, 15 rooms with sea views of the Mediterranean Sea, 10 rooms with view of Sliema and 40 rooms facing the internal courtyards.

The Europa Hotel's restaurant mainly serves choice buffet meals, and breakfast is also served buffet-style with a selection to suit all tastes. The hotel caters for clients on Bed & Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board basis. The Fratellis Restaurant, which is also open to non residents, also serves salad, pasta, pizza and burgers.

Other facilities of the Europa Hotel Malta, include the Waves Bar, TV and video room and a sitting lounge.  There is also an open air front patio and also, all clients have the opportunity of using the seaside lido with free entrance, chair and sun umbrella.
