Location

Villa 32 is situated in Mellieha and is therefore within reach of the main sandy beach of Malta, Mellieha Bay. This private villa (with sea views) is fully air-conditioned and has a total of six bedrooms. Located on the first floor, is one double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a main bathroom and a lavatory room. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable.

Accommodation

Villa 32’s kitchen is fully fitted with electrical oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Satellite TV (with DVD), telephone and a hi-fi system are also available in the lounge area. Located on ground floor within the villa premises, is the three bedroomed apartment, which has a separate entrance too.

This apartment consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom and spare lavatory room, lounge area with cable TV and kitchen area. This kitchen is complete with an electrical oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a telephone. All bedrooms are equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside the tables and lampshade.

Villa Amenities

Outside the main building and apartment, there is a private pool with large sun terrace, including patio furniture, BBQ and a poolside shower. Maintenance at the villa 32 is done on regular basis. The swimming pool is well kept and cleaning and linen change is done once weekly.
