Making your travel arrangements with D.H.I. Ltd

Methods of Payment

  • Credit Card (Instant payment method).
    We do accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro & JCB. Electron cards cannot be processed. We ask for all credit card details including the security code. For security reasons, our clients have give us written/email authorization to withdraw the agreed amount.
  • Money Transfer Agent (Usually takes few minutes).
    Money can be sent using one of the Internationally recognized Money Transfer Agents such as Western Union. You will have to instruct your local agent that our company needs to receive the exact money as invoiced. The agent will tell you what total cost is involved from your side to make the transfer.
  • Bank Transfer (Can take maximum two days for us to receive money).
    We will give you our bank details and you will effect a transfer for the agreed amount directly to our bank account.
  • Cheque Payment (Sometimes even two weeks to cash).
    You can simply post us a cheque to our head office in Malta. However will need to clear it, before we can proceed further.

Terms of Payment

  • Booking received more than three months before arrival
    25% on booking
    25% three months before arrival
    50% three weeks before arrival
  • Booking received less then three months before arrival
    50% on booking
    50% three weeks before arrival
  • Booking received less then one month before arrival
    100% on booking


If booking is canceled more than one month before arrival 70% of the deposit already paid will be refunded. No refunds will be given for bookings canceled less then one month before arrival or for no shows.


Whilst we do provisionally book accommodation and flights when clients want to confirm the booking, we cannot guarantee availabilities before receiving the money. In the rare eventuality that something is not available then, we will find other solutions or refund all the money.
